n Monday, we camped at Caribou Munroes Prov Park in Nova Scotia for 24.35 per night, then on Tuesday we camped at Porter’s Lake Prov Park in Nova Scotia for same cost. Porter’s Lake P. P. was very close to Seaforth where we went to see “Hope For Wildlife”, where they film the show we watch on TV with Hope Swinimer, the founder the program. They have tours every Wed to Sunday. We joined the Wed tour. While there, I asked a tour guide if Hope was around. He said she was very busy as they are working on their 10th year of TV programming. Then when I said we’re from BC, he called her on his phone and she came out to meet us. We talked to her for a bit and snapped a couple pics, then she went back to work. That was the highlight of our trip.
Now we are camped at Elm River Park, a private campground, but still in Nova Scotia. Tomorrow, we’ll use their shower facilities, (very clean showers), and continue on to New Brunswick. Oh yeah, Esther did our laundry while at this campground. Prices of camping and laundry was very reasonable. … If I can get things to work, I’ll send along some pics, including a couple of us and “Hope”…. Enjoy, Dad
