Ablog from Blind River, Ont. … After visiting with our ski buddies, ( Arne & Judy), for a couple days in North Bay, Ont, (and riding our bikes with them), we decided it was time to move on. So, we took off heading west on hwy 17.We stopped at a Ontario Prov Park campground, and enquired about a site and of course, how much. … $48.00 for one night with no hookups !… OUCH ! ..that hurts ! …So, we moved on and when we got to Blind Bay , Ont, we enquired at the visitors info office and the nice young lady said we should go to their Blind Bay Marina as they only charge, $10.00 with no hookups. So that is where we are spending tonight. Not only is it very inexpensive, but we have a wonderful view of the lake and all the boats tied up at the docks, right out our windshield window. GREAT !Plus they have very nice, extra clean showers at no extra charge.Tomorrow, we’ll take off again on our journey heading towards Thunder Bay and Kenora. We have a number of places we want to go before going home, including going thru the Kootenays, so, we don’t expect to be near home, til sometime near the middle to the end of September.Try as I may, I’ll send a couple pic’s. …ENJOY !P. S. … I may end up sending more pics later.Cheers, John
